UMPO Holds 59th Graduation Ceremony 1 109 Graduates Officially Inaugurated by Rector

UMPO.AC.ID – Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo (UMPO) held the graduation ceremony for 1,109 graduates in an open session on Friday, October 25. This year’s graduation was conducted in two sessions, with the second session attended by the Minister of Education and Culture, Prof. Dr. Abdul Mu’ti.

UMPO Rector, Dr. Rido Kurnianto, MAG, in his speech, said, “Graduates, as of today, you are officially alumni. Congratulations and welcome to the family of Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo (KAUMPO).”

Following the inauguration, a symbolic handover of the 59th graduation alumni data was conducted to the KAUMPO management as part of alumni database coordination. This initiative aims to strengthen the alumni network and support their contributions to community development and the advancement of UMPO.

The graduation ceremony, held at the UMPO Expotorium Hall, was attended by graduates’ families, faculty members, and local community leaders. During the event, several outstanding graduates were recognized for their academic achievements and notable extracurricular contributions.

With the official inauguration of 1,109 graduates, UMPO reaffirms its commitment to producing graduates who are not only academically and professionally competent but also actively contribute as alumni to the development of the university and society.
