Al Manar Mosque UMPO Hosts 10-Day Ramadan I’tikaf

UMPO.AC.ID - To honor the final days of the holy month of Ramadan 1447 H, the Takmir (Management) of Al Manar Mosque at the University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo (UMPO) invites all Muslims to draw closer to Allah through the I’tikaf Program for the Last 10 Nights of Ramadan.

​The activities, centered at the Al Manar Mosque UMPO on Jalan Budi Utomo No. 10, Ponorogo, aim to facilitate worshippers in seeking proximity to Allah SWT and enhancing spiritual reflection (muhasabah) to attain the glory of Lailat al-Qadr (The Night of Power). Following Sharia guidance, this worship is open to men, women, and children, as narrated in Sahih Bukhari No. 2041.

​To ensure the comfort of worshippers staying at the mosque, the committee has prepared complimentary Suhoor (pre-dawn) meals. This facility is expected to help I’tikaf participants stay energized and focused on their series of worship without having to worry about their consumption needs in the early hours of the morning.
