UMPO Institutional Strengthening Encourages Lecturers to Actively Implement Tri Dharma

UMPO.AC.ID - The Human Resources Section (BSDM) of Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo (UMPO) held an institutional strengthening activity in order to improve the competitiveness of universities with the Head of LLDIKTI Region VII East Java, Prof. Dr. Dyah Sawitri, SE, MM, on Tuesday (3/6).

Head of BSDM UMPO, Dr. Ana Maghfiroh, M.Pd. BI, said that the institutional strengthening this time focused on the socialization of lecturer workload (BKD). This includes the obligations and responsibilities of lecturers in meeting key performance indicators, including increasing productivity in producing scientific work, implementing quality teaching, and involvement in community service activities.

According to him, this activity is a concrete step in encouraging lecturers to return to campus, participate in tridharma activities, and start targeting the achievement of academic positions. UMPO targets that all lecturers are able to achieve a minimum academic position of lector, even up to head lector.
