UMPOs Unforgettable Dedication Bestows Awards on Retired Personnel

UMPO.AC.ID - Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo (UMPO) held an award ceremony for retired officials for the 2020-2024 period and retired employees in 2025, on Thursday (22/5). This event is a form of appreciation for their dedication and devotion while serving in the UMPO environment.

In his remarks, the Secretary of the UMPO Daily Development Board (BPH), Drs. Muh. Syafrudin, M.A., expressed his high appreciation to the retirees. He emphasized that although formally retired, the spirit to continue contributing to the Muhammadiyah environment is still expected.

"Retirement does not mean the end of your work. We hope that you will remain active in Muhammadiyah organizations and continue to set an example," he said.

UMPO Vice Rector II, Dr. Hadi Sumarsono, M.Si., also gave an inspirational message on the occasion.

"Start well, finish well. Hopefully the service that has been given will become amal jariyah and inspire the next generation," he said.
